I started working on cars to fix my fleet of Volvos. I've owned an 1987 760, a 1987 240, a 1991 940, a 1984 245, a 1984 240 and a 1991 740. My parents have owned a 1970s 144, a diesel 245, a 1985 740 and a couple of new S40s. To most people, Volvo means safety, but not necessarily performance. The truth is, though, that you can make anything fast.
